Literally the title :) I have other books on my thoughts but have never posted them before, and it feels weird to even think about posting those, so I guess I'll start fresh.
TW: mentions of self harm, and overall most of these chapters are my thoughts that revolve around my depression
I will say this isn't a cutesy or artsy book. I do repeat a lot of things throughout chapters but not on purpose. It's my real struggle and they're nasty and ugly but I've been writing and adding on to this for a while and I usually only add to it when I'm very overwhelmed with a feeling and need someway to get it out. I will admit sometimes I try to get poetic but overall this is my serious issues and struggles. If you're feeling the same way I urge you to seek a professional but I also understand not being ready to seek professional help and needing some place to at the very least read something sad to make your sadness feel more valid. Your sadness is valid.
