Maria Temari is new hire to teach extracurricular courses at U.A. She is known to be strong, although she has no specific quirk. She has different capabilities, but by far the one she prefers is manipulation of plants, earth, fire, and in general, the elements. Despite her strong quirk, she believes strongly against violence. Her strong willed attitude happens to attract a very alike co-worker.

(Fair Warning, Plot is Hard to Follow at the start but will go easier. I've got a lot of setup to do before the actual stuff)
