A man finds himself floating in darkness wondering if his dead or not. But gets an answer with a heated game with Fate it self deciding how he's second chance at life is going to go. Will it be a good one or a bad it's all up to chance.

Taking place in a world uncertain in a place where destiny and fate plays, this story will recount the tale of a warrior called Hiryu and his rise to greatness. Be wary however that this tale is merely the literal beginning of this story. Note: This story will be used to host and survey for comments and criticism on my storytelling and writing skills. Though admittedly this is my first story, I do not expect this to be a 'masterpiece' nor the criticism to be entirely favorable. All can I do is hope it at least hope it succeeds in being entertaining and interesting to continue making subsequent stories of in the future. I think of the story like this: This isn't the story of a hero slaying a dragon and rescuing the princess. Nor is this a story about a hero who triumphs over evil and rescues the maiden in peril. This is the story of a man, who fights as much with himself, as he does the world around him. He is no hero, he is simply a man, trying to make the best he can of himself, and fix what he broke.
