Elena Gilbert the 4th Petrova doppelgänger goes to New Orleans and runs into a werewolf girl named Hayley. Hayley had been searching for her family and Elena decided to tag along with her. But the witches kidnap the two girls. A witch, Sophie Deveraux informs Elena that she is a werewolf due to her mother's bloodline being wolves.
The two girls find out they are both pregnant by the original hybrid himself which frightened the two. The witches has found out he was in town and wanting to see Sophie's sister, who had been killed for using magic. But Klaus wasn't the only original in town, the noble brother had been in town and was the first to find out about the strange miracle pregnancies... how will klaus react to the pregnancies?..
