**Synopsis***
Riley had only ever been given reasons to view himself as the unfortunate fruit of an unhappy marriage. After the pending, inevitable divorce he is left under the care of his loath-full mother, and his striking resemblance to his father did not help matters in the slightest as she made it her mission to show him cruel and unforgiving people could be.
Desperate for his mother's love he rejects himself devoted to keeping her happy and doing her bidding without question.
