MIRACULOUS SIMPLY THE BEST UP TO THE- okay I'll stop. But I love this show, and I wanna write my OWN one-shot book! SQUEALS! Enjoy the ride of Adrienette, MariChat, LadyNoir and Ladrien (maybe not so much because I don't like that corner of the love square) maybe even some DJWifi (NinoxAlya) (who DOESN'T ship these two?!) and perhaps some friend moments (Mari and Alya or Adrien and Nino) this was originally published in 2016, finished in 2017 and is being edited in 2018 and probably in 2019. there will be comments at the end of edited chapters prefaced by [caitlyn of 2018] or just [2018] - these are comments i make about my work as i finish editing them. warning - many of the early ones have an intense Twelvie Vibe. as well as many late ones. i was such a twelvie christ DISCLAIMER: I do not own Miraculous Ladybug, the characters or anything really apart from the story ideas themselves, and even then they're sometimes formed off other people's ideas. one moment can change everything. one day, one pair of earrings, one choice that led to countless sleepless nights, to risking everything each day, all for the chance to save a world she never thought she'd be part of. marinette dupain-cheng, a fashion student simply trying to survive, finds herself balancing a life she never expected-one where she's ladybug, a hero side by side with chat noir. and it wasn't any different for him. one ring, one decision, and suddenly, everything shifted-freedom, self-discovery, a chance to love in ways he never thought possible. adrien agreste, a model who had never known school, never known friendship, finds himself as chat noir, standing alongside ladybug, united by the weight of a responsibility neither of them could have foreseen. ᓚ₍ ^. .^₎ ───── as a child, i was absolutely obsessed with miraculous ladybug. i had a youtube channel dedicated to it, tikki plushies everywhere, and watched the show nonstop. now, as a nursing student, miraculous is still close to my heart, especially since it's still airing new episodes. but as i've grown, i've started to see the show through a different lens and realized that what i truly want is a darker, more mature version-one with older characters, real character development, and some deep plot twists. in this rewrite, i aim to fix the things that never quite sat right with me, like marinette's stalker-ish tendencies, chloe's redemption arc that never really went through, and chat noir being stuck in the role of the sidekick. instead, i'll take you through a reimagined miraculous where the plot takes different turns, characters face real consequences, and we take a deeper dive. it's all rather slowburn, including the romance. have fun reading. / almost daily chapters ᓚ₍ ^. .^₎ ──── Copyright © lacywritings 2025. So this is a miraculous ladybug themed story. It will have some 🔞 stuff, read at ur own risk. I will try to finish it, (started it in 2021 and forgot it exists) but I don't really have any sparks of creativity in me rn. I feel like I rushed everything, but don't worry, my next work will be up to date, contain more characters and not only focus on the two of them. (ya know) Also this started bad so it's not gonna include too much stuff from the latest seasons. Description: It's a story about how Adrien is haunted by a nightmare in which he's akumatized, a lot of character development focused on Adrien, but also on Marinette. Chat Noir/Adrien developing a bond with Marinette. It will include parts with Alya, Nino, and the others. Of course, at some point there will be a reveal, angsty moments, smut (heh) and I don't plan on stopping the fic at the superheroes reveal or Hawkmoths. I would love to include maybe 4 more parts after, each being from a season (like a part about spring, summer, etc) and then I might end it on a post reveal and everything in the winter, but it will have an open ending and I'll probably make another fanfic to continue the story, but that one will include absolutely everything until season 6. a lot of remarks to the past and everything. Though I should finish my other fic first. <3Complete
