Some named her as Vrushali and some Padmavati. In the Ved Vyas Mahabharata the wife of Karna was only named as Karna-Sangini. Most would tell that the story of Uruvi was just a folklore and mentioned only in the scripts of South India. So kindly remember that fact before reading my book.
