Abetha Fall grew up without a mother. Her father, who beats her and uses her innocence to his own advantage, is a poor substitute. Tormented daily and living in an emotional shadow Abetha learns that she has to eventually face this tyrant in her life. Suicidal thoughts begin to trickle into her mind when she meets an ambitious and passionate Damian who manages to open her eyes to the world she refuses to see. While saving her from herself, this new exposure might conflict with the single thing that controls her life. Her father.
