Anyone here learning Mandarin, or trying to learn a language by themselves? Let me tell you- it's a wonderful journey, if you're as passionate as I am. Dive deep into fun lessons, embarrassing mistakes, my resources and recommendations, and the exciting (I'm being ironic) life of an introvert that doesn't mingle too much with society. If you're already an advanced learner or fluent in Putonghua (Mandarin), then you could give feedback and tips for me and other readers to pick up on their journeys (It would be quite helpful and really appreciated!) The Hater and the Player
His strides were long and powerful as he walk towards me. I was stiff on the other hand, my heart thumped loudly against my chest and my hands were fisted on my side. I couldn't even mutter a sentence when his face leaned so close to mine I could feel his breath on my cheeks. "Feng-er" My eyes trembled and my heart skipped a beat. It was just a word, a single word yet it made such a large impact on my system. "Look at me" His fingers grip my chin securely, though it wasn't tight at all, I was unable to take it off. "Wh-what are you d-doing?" A shiver went down my spine when I notice the look on his eyes, it was the same from before. The same look of passion when he kissed me on the street eight years ago. "I admit I had a few girlfriends before and add some weekly romance rumors but remember this. No matter how beautiful a flower is, it won't measure to that one single flower you've cared and nurtured, personally" Then he dive in for a kiss without hearing my response. ... Wu Feng Mian is an uptight middle school teacher. She teaches art and is in a strain relationship with her family. Hao Ming Chen is an actor/singer who rose to popularity six years ago. He was known for his Playboy reputation and was entitled as the heartbreaker prince of the nation. Two separate people with different aspirations and dreams. Welcome to the wonderful world of writing on Wattpad! This is Wattpad, not the Olympics, so there's no need to panic. Anyone can try it, no training required. Writing doesn't have to be complicated, and you don't have to be a graduate of some fancy university, but there are a few guidelines that will make things easier for you and your readers. I have tips for beginners who paid as little attention in English as I did, as well as details on things I've learned over the years. Anyone can write a story. I never thought I would write anything, but I tried it and - much to my surprise - I found it very relaxing and entertaining. Feel free to skip around the chapters to find sections that interest you. You are also welcome to skim everything in case you find a hidden gem of advice.
