Sam a 19-year-old from 2048 travels back in time along with three others to catch a wanted criminal. After being in the 1920s for almost four years Sam and the other three got separated one night. After this Sam has given up on the mission and decided to live there own life away from the rest of the mission partners, making friends and enemies along the way. 
In the meantime, Jess one of Sam's mission partners is working on gathering everyone back up so they can return back to their normal time.
