You have been in the glade for months now. You have gotten used to your surroundings, and have finally overcome the fact that you are never leaving the glade. Teresa, the latest greenie, has been here a week now and has laid off with all the questions. (They were annoying everyone) Your best friend was Minho, but you secretly liked Newt, although you had a feeling he didn't like you back. You were helping Minho and Thomas in the Map room, Thomas left to go get some more paper, leaving you and Minho alone. "You know I can see it right?" He says, breaking the silence. "See what?" You say back, confused. "I see that you're obviously crushing on Newt" he says, still looking at his paper. "What are you talking about Min?" "Come on y/n, I'm your best friend. Teresa is the first girl to arrive in the Glade? False. The first girl in the Glade was in fact Mia, she arrived over a year before Thomas and Teresa. The reason no one talks about her, they all think she is dead. Mia arrived in the box, same as everyone else but here's the catch, she doesn't talk. Not can't, doesn't. After a few months in the Glade Mia is sick of it, she runs off into the Maze at sundown. The Gladers assume she is dead when they don't hear from her for a week. But in reality she has been living in the maze with the Grievers, she made friends with a few of them and they protected her from the others, she runs around the maze during the night and hides during the day so that the Runners wouldn't see her. She has lived like that for almost a year now, watching over her Glader friends from afar. Each month she would watch as the new Greenie would come up in the box but then one night after a year in the maze her friends Minho and Alby get stuck in the Maze with the new Greenie. Mia joins them and starts to feel something for the Greenie. She joins in the adventure, surprising all the Gladers. This is her journey. This is a Maze Runner, Thomas X OC, fanfiction. I was the first. I arrived in the Glade, and there was nothing and... no one. I remembered nothing about who I was, who my parents were, what happened. A few days I remembered my name, and that's it. That's all that ever came back. There were four walls surrounding me with only one exit. I wanted to go through, so I did, in hopes of finding my way out. What I found lurking on the other side was not an exit but something much worse. I found my way back, and I spent the next month fending for myself. Food, water, a temporary shelter. After a month, someone else arrived, and this person arrived with supplies. Every month a new person was sent up. Every arrival was the same as mine. They couldn't remember anything. Forrest. That's the only thing she remembers, her name. She enters The Glade like everyone else, through the metal box. She just has typical black hair and brown eyes. If I was you, I very strongly suggest you don't mess with her. She's may look like a Jane Doe, but don't mess with her. One bad move with her, you're screwed. Now the brunette has gotten used the Glade, but a hatred has now grown within her. At least she has some friends with her. Except her and Newt are closer then normal friends. A new greenie comes into the Glade as usual, but things start changing. To the point where Forrest gets hurt and been forced to run into the maze at night. Then at that moment, everything is thrown onto her shoulders.
