For the past 1,000 and some years, Klaus can only remember the loneliness that comes with being a hybrid. Elijah always claims that his family will be by his side for the remainder of his enternal life. Always and Forever. But despite the promise, Klaus finds no love in it. He feels no companionship or kinship. He's already lost his daughter to the supernatural war in New Orleans and now he refuses to lose his reign.
