New Year's Resolutions is about a teen, just going through the normal ups and downs of life. No fancy love story, no more drama than the average life. Why? Because so many people fail to show the beauty of life in their books, they're always extraordinary. The simplicity, and the complexity thereof, of life is always lacking. Normal books about extraordinary circumstances and people, why not make an extraordinary book about normal circumstances and people?
