When they gather for its final tick, the countdown flings them into another world.

There is the exaggerated thump of feet on the sand as if the owner of said feet had crashed harder than he intended. I hear the rasp of a sword drawn from an inventory and the clash of diamond sword on diamond sword, as well as Doc swearing.
