'And so the lion fell in love with the lamb.' A short dark haired girl says to you, her expression composed perfectly. 'Seriously Maude? Thats what your starting our story with? Crappy book quotes that promote cross species relationships? Whilst also probably getting us sued for copyright issues?' A young man enters from behind, waving at you, the reader kind enough to read their actions. 'Silas, back off. This is my story, go write your own!' The short girl replies, smiling brightly at you and hissing descretly to the young man.'Its about the both of us! Its OUR story, jeez...' he says, sounding hurt, he turns away from you slightly and folds his arms at the girl he is now staring sulkily at. 'Fine. But let me finish. Go sit in the corner and be quiet.' she tells him scowling right back into his eyes. 'Fine. But no more soppy book quotes.' His voice sounds stressed, suggesting this wasn't the first time they had been through this. 'Yeah, sure, whatever, leave.' She finishes brushing him off to face you once again and say; 'Hi my name is Maude. And 'this is the story all about how my life got twisted, turned upside dow-' She is suddenly cut off by a hand over her mouth.'I'm going to destroy you.' the young mans voice comments dully as girl continues to rap 'The Fresh Prince Of Bellair'. **************************** Maude Wickers and Silas Blake live in completley different worlds. One is an powerfull, rich, blood consuming therapist, and the other is an powerless, pennyless future glimpsing mental patient. But when leaving her nest of 200 years, to stay with a guy that has tried to kill her more than once, kinda makes you wonder what shinanigans will evolve...
