Falling for a Bully

Alex just migrated to Washington D.C from Singapore and she is not used to her new surroundings but she's trying her best to adapt. She meets a bully, Justin whom she will soon find out about his awful past that had changed him to be a bully. Alex tries to help him and soon they build a friendship but Justin soon grew feelings for Alex. But are they really meant to be? Or is it all just blind teenage love?
