Often times the main character y/n is a very much unlikable, whiny, and dependent. Example : Any Harry Potter story, Elena Gilbert etc
These one-shots are meant to alter the common misconception of independent women. Y/n will not accept disrespect, she wont cry at unnecessary times, and she will be represented as an interesting character.
