The Arcadia Project

In the year 2036, the President of the United States and his administration have come up with a hopeful course of action to bring about perfect peace in America. The Powell Administration, empowered by unseen dark forces from another realm, have devised what seems to be the solution to all of America's troubles: The Arcadia Project. The project will commence a systematic elimination of all that holds America back from progressing as a nation. The U.S. government, however, will not limit itself by conducting The Arcadia Project peacefully. The government's mission is so urgent that any person or ideology that threatens the project's vision of utopia will be punished severely. Every citizen must either submit to the ordinances of The Arcadia Project, or be banished to the slums of one of the 16 Badland Facilities. Execution of any prisoners detained is at the government's discretion.
