Mili never realised that she loved Daisy until they were separated. Even though Daisy was her daughter, Mili couldn't love her. Because she knew that, like every other child of hers, she would also be taken away from her. But when Daisy stayed just a little longer, she couldn't help but fall for her cuteness, and hope that, maybe this one would stay with her forever. But no, she couldn't risk breaking her heart by hoping, can she? She'd sworn she'd never love her kids, or rather, admit that she adored them. And only when the last of her babies, Daisy, was gone, did she realise how easier said than done that was. The loneliness and the empty feeling was too much for her to handle. Now she lived in that small apartment, with just her thoughts, a place that was once home for her but no longer felt like it, because the life of it was gone. This is a story of love, longing, claws and paws.

Meeting your soulmate when you are a child seems unfathomable, but it happened to me. Some would say I lived the life of a princess. I was born into wealth. I have the palace on the sea, expensive sports car, and my Daddy wrapped around my finger, but what they don't see is that I'm sheltered, overprotected, and lonely. Until late one night, a hurricane had wrecked havoc on our palace, and marina; bringing a man, and his two son's not only crashing into our family resturant, Balentine Bistro Marina, but into our lives forever. They became the family I always wanted, but never knew I needed. We had weathered the storm together, but what we didn't realize is young love is never simple. It is just like a spring storm, that kind of love comes quick, fierce, and is unpredictable. We soon realized that the storm was just the beginning.
