Raihan is expecting to enjoy his last year of school alongside his friends Nessa, Milo and Piers. For him, things such as soulmates are nothing impressive, and could not care less about the words that appeared on his skin on his eighteenth birthday.
Leon is a new student in Galar High, and doesn't know anyone, except his childhood friend, Sonia. When Raihan meets him, he thinks nothing of him, until certain words that Leon says to him make Raihan freeze in place.
