Fateful Meeting (Izuru Kamukura x OC!)

Akari Himari is the SHSL Cupid, attending Hope's Peak as a student of Class 77-B and also an Intern Member of the Steering Committee. But, one day, she was one of the members that actually watched with their very own eyes, the awakening of the SHSL Hope, Kamukura Izuru. She got to study him with other members of the Committee, but felt a strong connection toward him. She wasn't sure of what it was, but she was sure it was something. But from his side, she could only be a boring Ultimate. But, what if that wasn't true? He felt as he had to protect her at all costs, but from what? He wasn't sure. He had never felt like that before.
