not just posting but also explaining the meaning and techniques and inspiration behind it, since I always feel insecure posting the pretentious bits on IG bc I don't want to look like a tool. so I will post that here and hopefully it can either help, or inspire you or be a lesson in how not to do art.

Dear Diary, Emily Marie: Welcome To College.
The Year Of 2018 💫💫💫 I think the title is pretty self explanatory. Growing up isn't what it seems cut out to be. Why would I try so hard to try and be anyone else but me? I think the best stories I could ever make, are the collections of my thoughts, dreams, and events that I experience. Welcome To Casacades Washington. ~~\ Pictures Linked To My Chapters Are All Mine.Complete

A Writer's Block
This is where I rant because I don't want to bother people. They'll just tell me things that will worsen my thoughts on myself. I'm tired of people offering comfort, only to shit on you when you ask for it, and that is what became of this book. Mf really be over sharing, I probably won't get any jobs if this is my digital footprint. This is just some random stuff for me, and myself alone. I will publish my haikus and poems in another book though. Most of these is very personal to me, and stuff here are me being very vulnerable.
One Girl's Words
I see you've somehow stumbled upon, My amateur book of magic. Turn the page, if you wish, That would make me simply ecstatic :) Nothing but a girl who has a small talent with pen and paper. Decided to follow in the footsteps of my good friends @Crimsyy, @wordsnvisions and @Bondy11, and attempt to contain all the magic flowing in my soul into a book of poetry. Those three are amazing, but this is my work. My pale, flickering candle stub in a tiny puddle compared to their poetry, which is as radiant as the sun and as deep as the ocean. But still... Don't let that deter you! Read on, fellow wattpadian! Join me on this magical journey through the soul behind one girl's words... (Fair warning, this was written by my 12-14 year old self, who was very sweet but also incredibly cringey. She's still a part of me though, and I'm leaving this book up as a time capsule dedicated to her. So if I haven't already scared you away, prepare yourself for some pre-teen angst, authors notes galore and more than a few bad puns. I've also published a second poetry book, with some more recent work. Check that out if you want more, lovelies <3)Complete
The Yellow Rose
ඔයා නොදන්න අපේ කතාව This isn't a story; it's my diary about my first love. I'm writing this to keep his memories. Feel free to read it if you want.
My life
When I first started writing this book I was a stupid freshman who wasn't going anywhere in life.I struggled with depression. I no longer suffer from depression. I am improving on my skills. I am blank.Hahahaha that was kinda funny. It was funny because of the image of this book. This book will start out with me being depressed to other things when you read it. I don't care about my profanity so don't even bother telling me that it is repugnant. I really don't care. If you don't like it don't read it.Complete
Dream Note
This is created because of the importance of sharing your thoughts. It saves lives. It's also created from the observations of those around me and my own self. It comes from a simple girl (or complex? Can't decide yet), however fairly young, but premature. Did you just assume it's my story? It's not popular Wattpad writing (or however you may label Wattpad), but where else can I share this? I'm still young after all. Unexperienced. I need the support to publish this aid. There aren't any restrictions on who should be reading this. It might be too explicit, or rather "not-for-the-pampered". The pampered can go ahead and read it, perhaps they can understand but never really relate. For some it's a wake-up call, for others, it's a connection; it's a reflection. My stylistic word choice is intended because this expresses who I am at the very moment of writing--raw emotions, a human full of errors, my current capabilities. I will break grammar. I will break logic. It might not make sense---more like it'll be awkward---but it'll fit, just like everything "wrong" in this story. After all, the whole thing is a norm-breaker. I'm not going to explicitly state what I mean. It's up to your interpretation. I wrote this in a way for me. But it could also be for you. It may be about me. It may not be about me. I may be writing this. Someone else may be writing this too. There may not be one author. Some things are just random thoughts. Some things are stories of the muted "others". I encourage everyone to seek help and speak up.Complete
