She was not having a good life. Always in hospital, even though she made friends, they were not close. But, she has her family with her side, and she happy with that. 

Well, at least, she didn't die alone without someone in her side and watch her die. 

The youngest, lost her life in the hospital because of a cancer.

She was living a good life. Always doing what she want, always doing the right things with everyone on her side. She has many friends, but she treasured her sister more than anything. 

In the end, she lost her precious one, watching her last moments in the room by her side. 

The oldest, greaving and devastated for years and didn't move on completely.
