When a young gentleman by the name of Johnathan Richardson buys a telescope to see into the stars, just he always had since he was a boy, he notices something...odd. A new, reddish, celestial object has appeared in the sky. Jonathan decides to keep this to himself for the time being. Until he shows one of his colleagues, Roma Adkins, the photos that he's saved of the mysterious of the mysterious object. Together they rule out the idea that's it's a planet or incoming asteroid. But when they use the telescope kept at their university, they make a startling discovery...
