Eli Owens loves Florida and everything about it. However, when everything changes in the blink of an eye, she finds herself on a plane on her way to Colorado. She had never been one for change. Its always scared her, the unknown. Her whole life has had very little unpredictability sprinkled in, it's always been just her and her mom. When even that changes Eli is left mad and confused. She just wants to not have to worry about what will come next because that's when she feels the most safe. 

Salem Dean and his twin sister Freya have never had it easy. They have never had the best relationship with their family and have never known what it's like to be fully comfortable in life. Salem already had enough to deal with. Keeping Freya in check and happy was a full time job, nit to metion the secret task he has taken up of trying to find him mom. However, when Eli moved in next door she was withdrawn and sometimes sarcastic and a little rude. Or maybe intriguing? When Freya mentioned the idea of befriending Eli, Salem decided it was a good idea. Who knows, she might just be beneficial. 

The people Eli meets makes her question her stance on Colorado. Is it really as bad as she thinks, or is she just stuck on what used to be? And will life always be so disappointing and difficult for Salem or will getting to know Eli prove to be just what he needs?All Rights Reserved
