In a world filled with unique powers called quirks, there have been no quirkless people for hundreds of years(quirk singularity doesn't apply in this story). As we focus on a screaming woman and a concerned father holding the woman's hand. The doctor says, "Okay, Mrs. Midoriya, we need one last push!"
"Yes sir, let's do this!" Inko cried out, wanting for the pain just to stop.
As the room started to fill gentle with the voice of Inko ramping up, it finally happens. The doctor immediately hand the new born to the nurses to clean and stabilize the new born. After the baby is ready to be handed over to Inko, to be held by its mother, for the first time. She coos at the tiny new born with a tear filled smile. As it opens its eyes for the first time revealing a set of beautiful piercing  light ocean blue.All Rights Reserved

But while in the thrift store something catches his eye. It's a ring, black as night with a neon green paw which looks like it's made of emeralds. Izuku feels a strong connection to the ring as if it was calling for him and decides to buy it. However he did not know that this ring was holding a very powerful being in it who will grant him great power and with this power he will become the greatest hero of all time.
