In the world of The Unbound Rift, there are ancient dragons, mysterious elves, fairies, phoenixes, gryphons, and many more mystical creatures. There are different elements that some creatures possess as an ability. The Unbound Rift has deep valleys that have rough, towering grey and beige walls, sometimes at the lowest point you will find a pit of boiling lava, as the ravine touches the center of the earth. It has mountains that breach the clouds and scrape the stars where you can find a dragon perched on the tall peaks, and lush forests full of trees and fresh food, tall trees with green leafs, thick underbrush, and mysterious caves. Creatures large and small cover almost all the continents and are hidden in all the caves, whether you realize they are there or not. You could hear the roar of a dragon or the sharp screeches of a phoenix or gryphon while the crickets chirp at night. Shouting people and the sound of crossed swords, the sharp cling of steel on steel.

Suddenly there was a huge roar. I take a step back covering my ears, my head spins, it is so loud I can't hear myself think. I stand at the mouth of the cave that yawns wide open on the side of a cave. Its big, bigger than a mountain lion bigger than a bear. And I am about to walk into it's cave. But I HAVE to find out what it is. What if there IS a dragon? It will eat me for sure. but I keep going, I just need to make sure it doesn't see me. I walk to this opening as the path split in two edging me across the wall. I will be careful, silent, it will never know I was even here. There is a rocky cliff side and a drop. I look up from my thought and my eyes lock with gleaming golden eyes. I freeze every muscle in my body locks and I can't move. He quickly dismounted and swiftly lead his horse over to Celine's, taking its reins and tying both horses to a tree before going after her. "Celine! Wait!" he called after her as he realized that he could hear a very low humming noise coming from within the woods. "Maybe she's following the noise," he thought as he began to follow it to find where it was coming from and hopefully locate Celine. He pushed through the underbrush as the sound became louder and then he saw Celine standing in front of a whirling, shimmering vortex which was floating about four feet above the forest floor.
