It's the year 4021, the earth went into chaos 2,000 years ago. The climate suddenly changed worldwide. There was snow in warm places, rain in dry places, the oceans were rising and ice caps were melting. Humans had been already working on it for years but now they finally put it to use. They were going to Mars. After they figured out that Mars could support life and that you could alter the atmosphere to be both protective and breathable like earth's then It wasn't long before they started creating a habitable place for humans.
 
Now, back to the present Nisi is a 16-year-old who was born on Mars. She lives in the Eastern part of the hemisphere in a city called Stamford with her parents, her brother Suna and her best friend Tamika who everyone calls Tami. She's a completely normal high school student until one day when she's selected for a team of teens to lead an expedition to Earth. What will they find?
