What is it like traveling without worrying about time? You don't die unless someone kills you, you're just looking for a place to stay, where you can live a normal, peaceful life with your sibling by your side.. Maybe you can finally find some friends, don't have to rush yourself into other worlds just to explore them and leaving in the end, you don't even have to live for eternity. You'll be ready for the day you want to leave everything behind and follow your fellow friends into the afterlife.

Everything happening is before the game, meaning they didn't have the accident yet and are still together, traveling around without knowing anyone from Mondstadt nor Liyue. This will not contain any game spoilers, all the characters are made up and are not playable ingame.

A common starting to the story of the traveler, however this one is a bit more different than the usual. As in this one, Aether will be more competent as he will use the skills and knowledge he accumulated on his vast journeys to his advantage in this new world. This is the story of the powerful and amazing traveler, Aether! A/N: So this is my new book. I have been playing Genshin for 3 years now and one thing I noticed is that there aren't many Aether centric fanfics. Usually they are just shipping fanfics, not that I don't enjoy them. Also, it is known that Aether and Lumine have seen stars being born and die, and were said to have travelled a lot. As such, their performance in Teyvat is a bit lackluster. Even if their powers have been sealed their knowledge and memories are still there (don't know about the sibling part) and their bodies aren't that weak. Yet they manage to be defeated again and again. I like Aether as I chose him but his skill set in the game is not that great and he has great potential for power, Navia's story quest can show us that.
