Legends of Porphyria

After a tragic family loss, 9 year old Jamison Blaston; Jamie for short, is taken into the foster system. Where he cleans up around everyone and more commonly than not gets in one sided fights with the boys due to them constantly teasing him for his speech impediment (r=w).
Meanwhile, as years went on with his new life Jamie never got adopted. Most told him that he never would after he turned twelve, so on his eleventh birthday he finally got comfortable where he was.
It was quite boring since Jamie had trouble making friends, sometimes a young nun would bring him a book simply because she was fond on the boy. He loved to read and adored the adventures the seemingly endless lines of words allowed his brain to envision so clearly. He began to become obsessed over fairytales and fantasy books throughout his childhood- it was his spark.
fast forward six years later and it's Jamie's eighteenth birthday. As hes getting ready to go off into the world he was ripped away from years ago Jamie is suddenly taken to the land he had believed was only a story.
Now Jamie must accept his destiny and reality as his adventures truly begin in his favorite world of magic.
