Its been a decade since Merri, Queenie, Alma and everyone else helped defeat The Dark Witch.
Everyone's moved on.
Merri and James broke up and stopped talking ever since the events of Guí.
Queenie gave up her position as Queen and began working as a librarian.
Alma has been right along side Queenie.
And the worst is they havent talked to Merri in 2 years because of reasons they swore to put behind them and just to move on.
But Merri gets called to Ravenwood so she can watch over the school while.
