    Veronica Westcourt didn't like Camp Half-Blood. She didn't like the fact that she hadn't left in years, or that her father, Dionysus, was so overprotective. She didn't like how others had so many friends and besides her siblings, she only talked to a few girls. She didn't like certain people, especially Percy Jackson.
    
    It was that simple. Veronica didn't like Percy, and it was clear that the feeling was at least partially mutual. She didn't like his blonde friend, either. She didn't like many people he associated himself with. But she really didn't like him.
    
    So when she ends up on a quest with him, she's less than thrilled. Eventually, she caves and talks to him. This leads to walls being broken, people being broken, and more things being broken.
    
    Veronica did always have a gift    for making people go crazy.  Maybe this time, she could find herself going crazy... though perhaps a different kind of crazy.
