2050 is a year with a lot of changes and a fight with global problems.
Thomas Wilcon is an American foreigner living in Japan 2050, doing his best to live a normal life with two jobs and a cigarette and coffee in the morning.
But during one of his morning routines, a white cat sat on the neighbor's car while Thomas went for a morning walk and invited him for a few pets.
But as it turned out, this cat is not just a normal cat that likes pets but one of the very few fellow cat humans looking for some affection.

The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
