Thanks to Desiree's power, the world had forgotten Danny Fenton again. The worst of Danny's woes involved the typical ghost attacks that plagued Amity Park and finding a home for a certain rehabilitated future version of himself.
Until the Guys in White rip a hole in the sky.
The massive portal is leaking prisoners and prison guards alike into the city. More importantly, when the portal destroyed Walker's prison, it had set free a dangerous captive from the era of Pariah Dark. One now loose in the city, hunting a certain half-ghost.
Danny is overwhelmed, his powers useless. His only option is to contact the one hero he knows that doesn't rely on ghost powers: a certain 800 year old ninja.
Back by popular demand. I own nothing but the plot. I'm a huge fan of both series and I grew up with Danny Phantom. Vote and comment, please. If this gets enough attention the series may come back for a season 4 of DP. Butch Hartman has been fighting for it for years and I think it's beyond time for Danny to get a little love.

Now that the world has become more accepting of ghosts due to them helping save the world, the ghosts have lost interest, & those who haven't lost interest are a bit too scared of Danny to fight him. With this being the case the value of "The Ghost Boy" has become pretty much useless & so even Skulker & Walker have lost interest. Not only have they all lost interest but they have become somewhat of a group of allies for Danny, to Danny's surprise. But now that the whole world knows of Danny, a much darker problem arises. It turns out that ghosts weren't the only supernatural force to worry about & they definitely weren't the most dangerous. This danger is unlike anything Danny has fought before & he will have to rethink his entire life: trust those who he shouldn't: go to a much more mature, darker place, in order to defeat them. But not only is Danny's family in danger, but these forces are out for blood. People will suffer, & unless Danny can find the hope & courage to push himself harder than he ever has before, the whole world might meet its end. Danny must accept & understand that this isn't a simple case of ghost hunting anymore. These dangers can hide & Danny can't sense them. They are undetectable within the darkness, & move like whispers in the wind. This is a game of shadows & silence. Danny was finally captured and no one knew where he or Phantom was. People started to think that Phantom either killed him and was hiding or he kidnapped him on revenge for the Fenton family.
