"As payment for the rebellion against the Capitol, we will be sending in past victors and their spouses, or if the victor has no spouse, their sibling will be sent in with them." He pauses for dramatic effect. "Along with the victors, their children, if they have any, will also be venturing to the Capitol, but not as contenders for the games. They will arrive as the Capitol's humble guests." At the end of his speech, President Snow grinned evilly, as if he enjoyed torturing the people of Panem. Twenty-Four tributes are about to be reaped from their districts. To be thrown to the custody of the Capitol and to an arena where they will partake in a deadly battle on national Television. However, this year is special as the Capitol will not only introduce one, but two twists that will change the way of the games, forever. Choices will be made. Promises will be broken. Blood will be shed.

Much to the enjoyment of Panem, seeing if she lives up to her family legacy. Will she comes out as a victor? Or forever be trapped in the arena as a tribute, never to escape, to be extinguished like many before her.
