Each elements has is own ruler, an Emperor, whom are the most powerful beings in each District of Sky.

After a strange man interrupts his family's camping trip and demands for Devin to visit him or else, he have no other choice but to be oblige .
Along the way his true past will be discovered and how his destiny ties together with the Emperors.
