The Navigator and The Pirate

Summary: Luffy is convinced that Nami is the navigator for him. He knows a good person when he sees one.

Genre: Friendship/ Some scenes may be confused with romance but it's far from it. What might be confused as romance is their inexplicable chemistry.

Edit: The requester wanted romance so I filtered in a bit of it in the final chapter.
