Looking up at my best friend, I say, "I slept with Kai again." 
Kevin stares back at me for a few seconds before saying, "I hate you."
I laughed half-heartedly at him "You love me."

Sighing, I nodded my head while getting up and leaving my half of the bill. I said goodbye to Kevin as I got on my bike and started pedaling home. 
I thought back to what Kevin said about her hurting me again, knowing it was true but not being able to stop thinking about her strawberry blond hair and lightly tanned skin. I shook my head walking inside my house.
