This is after the Battle and it is now August, 1998.
Hermione has suffered a heartbreak with Ron during their engagement due to his selfishness and grief after Fred's death. She has no one to look to except his family.
Draco wants to turn over a new leaf. He starts doing better in school and focuses more. Lucius was killed after a week in Azkaban by The Kiss. Narcissa doesn't know what to do. She stopped eating, started self harming, and got depressed. Draco covers for her while she seeks help, saying she died of an alcoholic overdose.
However, like every love story, they do grow close and soon see something in each other.
Ron and Pansy do not like this. They work together to break them up and get their "love" back.
But how far would they go?
