Vivian Quagmire is the only daughter of Violet and Quigley Quagmire. She loves inventing like her mother but she also has a thing for cartography. Growing up as a Quagmire was interesting mainly because of all of the stories she was told as a child. 

But, all in all life is normal for them. 

That is until Vivian finds a familiar sugar bowl that washed up on the beach.
