A story in which Arrow is found outside a village. By chance, Techno finds them. The young eight year old is now thrown into a world of wars, grudges, ghosts, inhumans, and family.

Techno and Phil were not expecting a new member of their family. Especially so soon after loosing one of their own. But, they couldn't just leave the eight year old out in the snow. Now Techno has a new addition to his household to spice up his retirement years.

Wilbur was surprised that he noticed such a small thing, but he supposed it accounted for the surprise that he had noticed earlier. 'Oh, I prefer Wilbur if that's okay sir. My social worker always forgot to call me Wilbur and I stopped correcting him a while back.' He replied, choosing to ignore the feeling of anxiety at the realisation that was the most he had talked throughout their meeting. 'Alright mate. Oh, and please call me Phil. Sir makes me sound older than I actually am.' OR A fluff to angst to fluff adoption AU where Wilbur Soot gets adopted into the SBI household just before his 18th birthday after years in the foster system. Now, he must learn how to trust his newfound family and find that it's okay to be dependent on others. But after so many years of only relying on only himself, Wilbur struggles to do that. After all, can a story ever be that simple? Trigger warnings are at the top of each chapter. There aren't many but check them out anyway. So much has changed. Tommy's family is fractured. His brother is dead by the hands of his father, which only serves to further strain their relationship. He's drifting away from his other brother, and best friend, because of the focus of presidential duties. The only other link to something resembling the past is L'Manburg, but even that is recovering from the latest war, and preparing to help Tommy undergo a battle for the one thing he can gain control of- the discs. The plan was simple. Don't provoke Dream, peacefully negotiate the trading of the discs, and live happily ever after with Tubbo, L'Manburg, and the discs.
