A book of poetry about mental health. No, not one of those cheesy moments where authors say everything will be okay. Rather a book about the grime of mental health. Truthfully, life can really suck so bad that we are speechless. We know how we feel, but putting it into words is a whole other story. So this book has a lot of those feelings. Hope you enjoy!
