Her boyfriend dumps her because she wasn't his type. her life use to be well almost perfect now its crushing. One day she was rushed into hospital. she was their for a week. when she gets out she starts back at school. She was popular now everyone hats her, well everyone but him. he happens to be the schools jock. jess has known him her whole life. they get together but she becomes more sick. she lives in the hospital now. she pushes Jake away scared he will get hurt but he stays by her side day and night. he reads her diary that she has kept since she found out. Her last paragraph in the book says what she wants. will she get them wishes?
