The First Encounter

Nora Robertson had spent most of her life searching for happiness. Fleeing from her small town family in Australia, she finally arrives at New York City in the attempts to create a new life for herself as a successful designer. David Hoffman, a second year Education student spends most of his time with his supposed 'girlfriend' who doesn't really care for a career and only wants to live in the moment.

The two engage in a casual conversation after David accidentally walks in on Nora while she was in the bathroom at a house party. Things turn from meaningless to meaningful as they both discover what their first encounter has sparked between them.
