a lot of unexpected things happened when veronica left the band. 

her and her best friend, louis tomlinson were no longer on speaking terms, her and liam and niall spoke occasionally, and her ex boyfriend, harry styles were not on speaking terms.

a big part of it was her fault. she left all four of them. no warnings, no phone calls or text, until it came out to the public. 

harry didn't take it well. he was hurt and felt betrayed, she was leaving him. she promised to stay in contact, but no matter how many times he called or texted, she never picked up.

a few years later he finally understood where she was coming from.
