i'm writing this note to anyone that comes across it. because there's something you need to know. do not throw this away. read it through, because this might save your life.

truth or dare has always been a fun game. embarrassing at times, yes, but fun. at least, that's what the normal truth or dare is like. the serious truth or dare? that's a whole different - and much more lethal - story.

do not, and i repeat, do not start playing truth or dare. especially not at night. this is not the place. this is not the time.

i know it's a cool trip to a fancy swimming hotel or whatever this building is now. but whatever you do, don't start.

if you've already done it then it might be too late. but you have to listen to them. whatever they dare you to do, you have to do it. whatever truths they ask you for, you must answer. your life is at stake and the only way to get out of this alive is to play it seriously until your stay at the hotel is over.

  this isn't a game anymore.

"Okay, then allow me to offer a pact." He says, immediately making me a mixture of terrified and suspicious. "You say that I'm a jerk; a bully. So, why not change that my way?" "I don't like where this is going-" I begin, but he cuts me off. "Just listen." He comes closer, seating himself next to me on the curb. "You've made me lose 3 hot dates, and in my books, that's unforgivable. There was Bunny, the girl at the party, the red headed girl from Geometry, and that Grateful Dead hippy chick from the parking lot." I start to feel uneasy, like Jake is going to make me do something I am not going to want to do. "I think that I deserve some fun." He suddenly notices my face and smirks. "Not that kind of fun." I let out a well-needed breath, not noticing that I was even holding my breath until now. "An agreement," He smiles widely, liking whatever he has come up with. "Here's the rules." He hands me a piece of paper that he was keeping in his jeans pocket. I unfold it and stare at the messy handwriting. It was truly a god forsaken dare. If anyone asked Knox why he started this entire new identity to mess with the biggest thorn in his ass, his captain, Victor Wallace, he would tell anyone that it had been a sick dare from his roommate. It had been simple and stupid. Create a female profile, befriend the unsuspecting idiot then catfish Wallace for a sick laugh. It was supposed to be a one-time thing, get Wallace vulnerable, in love with his female version, then expose him and break his cold little heart. In summary, mercilessly ruin his life, but Knox didn't expect his childish plan to backfire and ruin everything he knew about himself and Victor Wallace too. He was about to find out to always let sleeping dogs lie. There's always a price to pay for deceit. Will Knox be able to afford it? Read And Find out!
