Ferb is driving home from his date with Vensa .  Phineas is the car with him . Ferb picked him up from his date with Isabella.  Ferb is driving drink and  doesn't see the car a head of them .   They get into a car crash .
It's up to Candce, Isabella , Buferd, Balljett and Phineas and ferbs parents to rescue them from the crash .  Phineas and ferb get put in the hospital .  Phineas amd ferb wake up with no memory  the crash. . They don't know who  their friends amd parents are . They only remember thier names and  that they are brothers. 
 It is up to everyone around  the boys to restore their memories .  

Can  the friends fix Phineas amd ferb before they loss the memories they have . 
Will Phineas ever get  his memories fully restored.  Will Ferb remember Venssa and him are dating?  Will perry be able to see why his boys are not able to remember him ? 

How will the parents deal with thier boys not knowing them ?
Will Isabella love Phineas even though he doesn't know who she is !
