A long time after Clary's arrival, it seems that the things aren't going in the Lightwoods favour. Besides that they are vizited by an important person, an envoy of the Clave, and the most important thing, this person is Anabella Herondale, grand daughter of Imogen Herondale. The Lightwoods, Jace and Clary aren't seeing eye to eye the things that Anabella is seeing, and so the fights are brought.
