Izuku Yagi later known as Natsu Dragneel has been diagnosed as quirkless in a world were quirk are the norm 80% of the population were seen to have them while the other 20% were quirkless and weren't treated kindly as no job nor highschool want them as they are seen as a waste of space and they were suicide baited everyday and beaten to the brink of death.
Izuku will later run in the forest to meet the mighty fire dragon king fascinated by the creature Izuku would later become friend with the dragon who offered to train him in dragon slayer and have him as an adopted son.
