After Tony Stark snapped, the world changed. Everyone was back again thanks to Banner. But Earth had lost it's best protector. 

Peter hated school now. He really hated it. Everything was a reminder about what happend. It was tough. Everyday, he'd have about 3 panic attacks. He didn't tell Aunt May. She worried enough. Only Ned and MJ knew but they only thought it happened twice a week. He tried to stop. Tried to forget. About everything.

The boy was eventually found by Tony Stark, who promises to take him in until he was physically ready to leave. Unfortunately, along with eternal injuries, the event damaged the kid emotionally too, causing him to have to stay longer.
